REGISTRATION POLICIES
After March 13: On site registration only. Food Event tickets are not available on site. CHANGES to registration information must be received in writing at PAII HQ by March 13.
CONFERENCE CANCELLATIONS
received in writing at PAII HQ, are refunded less a $50 administration fee per person.

CONDITIONS FOR CONFERENCE PROTECTION
If you have to cancel your trip the Conference Protection protects you from loss of the following expenses:
- Registration Cancellation Fees - Up to $500.00
- Airline Change Fees - Up to $100.00
- Hotel Cancellation Fees - Up to $150.00
And if you have problems in getting to the conference the Conference Protection also protects you from:
- Trip Delay - Up to $200.00
- Missed Connection - Up to $200.00
- Baggage Delay - Up to $200.00
- Member must
be the named registered attendee of the conference or seminar.
- The
conference must have more than 20 registered attendees.
- Applicable
for U.S. and International
travelers.
- Member must
be 18 years or older.
- Service
begins when payment has been received and enrollment has been
accepted.
- Once
accepted payment is non-refundable.
- The plan is
non-transferable.
- Travel dates
must coincide with PAII conference dates.
- For
reimbursements members must submit original receipts within 30 days from the
date of loss.
- In the event
of a terrorist incident or government imposed cessation of travel, the amount
paid for this plan will be refunded in full.
